Community Survey
The community survey closed on June 22nd, and offered the public an opportunity to share ideas on how the City of Renton should address climate change.
Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee (CAC) includes representation from Renton residents, local business owners and employers, community stakeholders, government agencies, service providers, public officials, and others interested in sustainability and climate mitigation.
The Advisory Committee met three times at key milestones of the planning process and provides valuable insights into elements of the planning process: understanding climate vulnerabilities and emissions, setting goals and targets, identifying strategies, and planning for implementation. The Advisory Committee reviewed and provides feedback on the information and strategies presented to help guide the development of the Clean Economy Strategy 2.0.
